The parent company Kalloomal Satyanarain, who were the national leaders in dyes and chemical industry, was established in the year 1910. It started with Spices and Kutch business but went on to trade in Dyes and Chemical in the 80s.

Mr. Sharad Narain, hailing from the Kalloomal Satyanarain family, is the owner of Satyaraaj Enterprises. He started the company 25 years ago and has taken it from a startup to being one of the top trade houses in the state for various chemical products.
